Bunker Studios currently has the following spaces listed below available for rent.

Please note that being an old warehouse, our space is on the rough side. It can get warm in the summer and cold in the winter. If you are looking for a plush environment, the Bunker is not for you. But if you are looking for a serious work space among other professionals, send us a line!

And sorry Elvis, no bands.

  Note: Telephone service is NOT included with the rent. If you need to install a land line, we are zoned for business lines only. Tenant pays all installation costs. Many people here use their cell phones, but since we are an old metal warehouse, signal strength varies from phone to phone.

A Couple Bunker Rules:

• No Smoking.
• No Pets. (Unless maybe you have a really sweet, clean, trained, quiet dog)
• No loud music – use headphones.

Transportation & Parking:
We are between the 16th Street and 24th Street BART, we are 3 blocks from all Mission Street MUNI bus lines and 4 blocks from MUNI #22, #33 and #48. Most of us ride our bikes every day and park them on racks inside our building. If you drive, parking can be difficult due to our block being a 1 hour parking zone but it is possible to find parking on nearby blocks and you can get a permit if you have a business license at the address. Biking is definitely the best way to get to and from the bunker.

Rental Agreement:
Month-to-Month. First and last rent required to move in.
